In challenging market conditions, Arada Properties launched multiple off-plan properties. One of them is the Naseej District, a AED 24B (USD 6.5B) project featuring 16 apartment buildings within the Aljada development. Sales for the first building have begun, with prices starting at AED 299,000 (USD 82,000) for a studio and AED 532,000 (USD 145,000) for a one-bedroom apartment. Construction will begin in Q2 of 2021, and completion is estimated for 2023.

Arada also introduced Masaar, a mixed-use residential community in Sharjah costing AED 8B (USD 2.2B). Located in Al Juwaiza, the community spans 19M sq. ft and includes 4,000 townhouses and villas. As of now, 445 residential units are available for sale at a starting price of AED 1.2M (USD 327K), with the first handovers expected in 2023.
