MBL Residence is a 40-story blended use working in Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai.

The structure contains a blend of one-, two-and three-room condos.

Development started in January 2017 and was finished by 2021.

From MBL Residence it requires about 19 minutes to head to Dubai Mall, 11 minutes to Palm Jumeirah, 16 minutes to Burj Al Arab and 11 minutes to The Walk JBR.

Dubai International Airport (DXB) is about 27 minutes’ drive and the new Al Maktoum International Airport is approximately 31 minutes’ drive. All spans are determined by Google Maps and accept the quickest course in common rush hour gridlock conditions.

Conveniences incorporate a rec center with a steam room and sauna, a platform level open air pool and recreation deck, five degrees of vehicle leaving and 17 retail shops in addition to eateries and bistros.

In 2007 the plot where this structure is being fabricated, K-Cluster in Jumeirah Lake Towers, was initially being created by Al Attar Properties. Yet, their arrangements ran out of steam, or cash, after exhuming works had started and the Attar K2 tower project was deserted.

Development work on MBL Residence began in January 2017. By March 2018 shoring, heaping and removal works were finished and development was supposed to be on target for culmination in the final quarter of 2019.
