I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. Zulqurnain Khan to find a place for my new private practice. I gave him an impossible task: find a place within a certain budget (not flexible at all) in the heart of Dubai (to be "on brand") and he had to ensure the space followed a very, very, very strict set of rules and guidelines from the the social care authority in charge. He achieved the impossible! He was so, so patient with me, even when I lost hope, he did not! He made himself available around the clock, and he worked so hard to lock down the deal even when it ate into his weekend and holidays! I cannot believe what an honest, hard worker he is; he is so deserving of every positive review because he operates with such integrity and diligence. The whole transfer process was easy and all was done in less than 30 minutes. There was bit of delays on negotiations side but it was all due to owner was out of country.
