The development is located in Sharjah’s Al Hamriyah district and it is part of the new Sharjah Waterfront City community. The developer of the project is Ajmal Makan and the delivery of the complex is scheduled for the end of 2022. The BlueBay Walk project will offer 600 residential units equipped with modern construction technologies, including the “smart home” system. Every two towers out of six are united by a common podium, inside which there is residential and visitor parking.
